Why do kids get forgotten

Kids’ meals so often get forgotten or seem to have zero effort put into them. They should be the easiest and simplest for pubs + clubs and other food venues. And often, the quality, choice and what our kids like can be a big contributor to us adults choosing where we go to eat.

  • Consider increased quality and reduce quantity. I would rather have better food even if there is less of it for my kids, and they would appreciate the same.
  • Mix of freshness and fresh options. Despite fried being yummy, mix fried with grilled options and some green. Not all kids want nuggets and sauce!
  • Need to ensure there is still effort in presentation, don’t underestimate the value of presentation, both the kids and adults judge the little meals that come out first!
