There’s no slowing us down!

It was great to visit NACS this year, where the show motto was “There’s No Slowing Us Down”, and ‘Full Speed Ahead’, appropriate messages in changing and re-emerging times. Of course, P&C broadly has benefited in many ways from the last couple of years of the pandemic, to the immediate challenge is finding ways to hang onto these new customers and customer spending behaviour we have gained and understand how we can benefit from the next changes that are occurring now and over the next 12+ months. The real work starts now for us – bringing our learnings from the show and AACS study tour into tangible concepts and improvements for our client’s businesses in real and practical ways.
