Perfect chips are always a crowd pleaser. Chef Alex has put together another simple and easy recipe, Rosemary & Thyme salt!

Step 1: Pick 20 grams of Rosemary and Thyme.

Step 2: Place in blender with 200g of salt and blend for 1-2 min.

Sprinkle onto chips whilst hot and or serve on the side. This adds another SKU and more flavour options for customers.
