When it comes to cooking surfaces, glass surface is the best surface. Spidocook’s Spidoglass contact press is shrouded with glass ceramic plates which is perfect for contact cooking. The glass is also resistant to impact and thermal shock, with nonstick properties to also help ensure the smoke generated whilst cooking is greatly reduced, and it is incredibly easy and efficient to wipe clean.
