Let’s say you don’t have a kitchen, or only a small prep space. You don’t need space or a chef if you have an automated kitchen. Meris has put together an efficient collection of small-venue supplies for automated and grab-and-go food production.

An automated kitchen starts with the PerfectFry. Frozen foods go in the top, crispy fried snacks and entrees drop out the bottom. It’s a countertop model that requires nothing but a few button-settings to operate. Flexeserve food warming cabinet are almost as automated – making it easy for staff to quickly prepare enough food for the crowd. These items also require no stove hood or kitchen exhaust system.
