From logistics, facilities management team, and after-sales, they have also provided training, spare parts understanding, and provided product walk-through.

Spare parts are key for facilities management space. We have found dealing with Meris machines all easy for replacing parts. This is a true testament to the quality of products and service the team has under its umbrella. The implementation with their support has always been seamless. If there were things we needed outside the scope of the machine, the team could help or point us in the right direction.
