Here’s what you need and how to cook it!
Ingredients:
Brussel Sprouts
Butter
Pancetta
Chicken Stock
Method:
Step 1: Preheat Effeuno oven to 220°. Cut Pancetta into large even pieces, place in roasting tray with a small amount of EVO.
Step 2: Place in oven for 8-10 minutes till golden brown. When the pancetta is cooked remove from roasting pan with slotted spoon and keep remaining oil in tray.
Step 3: Cut the brussel sprouts in half and place face down in roasting tray with butter nesselted around the sprouts.
Step 4: Place the spouts in the oven and cook for 4-6 minutes or until slightly burnt on the bottom.
Step 5: Return the cooked pancetta lardons to roasting tray and pour in chicken stock so it comes up halfway around the brussel sprouts and cook till no more liquid remains.
